Delete Account – PYB (Promote Your Business)

PYB allows both Users and Business Owners to permanently delete their accounts and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete Account from the App

1. Log in to your PYB account.
2. Navigate to Profile Settings.
3. Select "Delete Account".
4. Verify your password.
5. Confirm account deletion.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed immediately.

Data Deleted

When an account is deleted, the following data is removed:

• User profile information
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Business profile information
• Business logos
• Business photos
• Uploaded documents
• Account preferences

Data Retention

Certain records may be retained for a limited period if required for:

• Legal compliance
• Security investigations
• Fraud prevention
• System backups

Such retained data is securely stored and automatically removed according to applicable retention policies.
